Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to complain about a holiday arranged by your
travel agency. The main reason is that acommodation was in terrible condition. I have never been dissatisfied like this. I was going to
holiday for relaxation, not for solving problems. I will not take the risk of traveling with your travel agency again.
First, when I entered in hotel room I saw that there was not television like you describe in brochures. That problem do
not mind as dirty dishes what I had in the kitchen. What is worse, the toilet was broken and unusable. What I expected was a luxury self-catering
apartment. When I had complained in reception, the receptionist was very rude and unwilling. I had asked for changing apartment, but she said that it
was not possible. You can imagine the degree of inconvenience and my feeling of discomfort, when I had to stay a week in those
conditions.
I have decided to ask your company for a cash refund. I am really disappointed and I think I
have made a horrible mistake, when I chose your travel company. Whole thing is one very bad experience.
