Everybody in our country has the right to choose a doctor. At present two types of health facilities operate in this country-state and private ones.
Medical care is provided for our citizens from birth to death. Each of us is looked after even before birth under the scheme called prenatal care which includes medical checks ups before the child is born and then maternity ward services. Soon after birth each child is vaccinated against such illnesses as tuberculosis, tetanus, whooping cough, polio).
When we grow out of our childrens diseases such as otitis, measles, mumps, rubeola or chicken pox we do not have to go to the doctor so often. If we are not hypochodriacs we try to get over our cold easily by staying in bed, taking pills, keeping warm, sweating, gargling and drinking herbal tea. If we still feel unwell, we finaly decide to see a physician who is called a General practioner – GP.
When the nurse says Next please, she invites us into the surgery. She looks for our medical record, she wants to see our medical insurance card and then takes our temperature. Then we are ready to see a doctor. The doctor usually asks what the trouble is and then asks us to strip to the waist because she or he must examine our chest and throat. He or she listens to our lungs and heart and we have to take a deep breath or stop breathing according to his orders. He also wants us to open our mouth and say Ah to see if our tonsils are red. Finally the doctor diagnoses the case and therapy and prescribes a medicine.

Three Healthy Principles:
1. Water principle
70% of human body consists of water. If there is a lack of water in our body we feel tired and we want to eat. Therefore we should drink first to test if we are thirsty or hungry. What is the best to drink? Clean water, herbal tea, freshly squeezed juices, mineral water.

2. Fruit eating principle
We should eat fruit 30 minutes before meals because it is digested in a short time and give us vitamins immediately. And we do not feel hungry and eat less. If we eat it after meals it loses its qualites during long digestion.

3. Food combination principle

We should not combine proteins and carbohydrates, that means we should eat meat with vegetables and rice and potatoes on its own.

Keeping healthly:
I believe that health is more valuable than money. I try to protect my heatlh by sport(cycling, aerobic). Also I try to limit fat and fried meal and I often eat fruit. I do not eat after 6 p.m. And I avoid the temptation to overeat.
I buy som teas for example against Nausea. And I drink a lot of water during the day. When I am out in the sun, I protect my skin by
I also practise good hygienie. I try to keep my mind in good order- I try to be happy and I smile.
Sometimes I go to the nature to breathe fresh clean air.
And I have to sleep 7 hours at least, becouse I would be tired over all day.

Dialog:
Patient: Good morning, Doctor.
Doctor: Good morning, what can I do for you?
P: I don't feel very well. I have headache and a cough.
D: Let me have a look. Open your mounth please ...
Your throat is a bit red and it's sore.
P: Yes and I feel all hot and cold.
D: I'll just take your temperature. Can you put this under your
tongue. Hm, 101 Fahrenheit. You have a temperature.
P: What is it then, Doctor?
D: You have flu. I'll give you a prescription for some
medicine. Take one spoonful every four hours.
P: Should I stay in bed?
D: No but you should stay at home and keep warm. Come back in
a week.
