Working adaptation

Characteristic of working adaptation

Working adaptation is process from education of employees, acquaintance of employees with colleagues to testing of employees in all areas. It is testing of knowledges of employees during education process.

Phases of working adaptation

  1. Acquaintance of employees with work ( working adaptation)
  2. Creation of mutual cooperation with other colleagues ( social adaptation)
  3. Creation of sense of belonging to company from site of employees ( adaptation for organisation structure

Functions of adaptation process from site of employees

  1. Induction of sense of importance and usefulness of employees
  2. Initial training of employees
  3. Adaptation of employees
  4. Doing better transaction of employees in future

Motivate factors of adaptable process

Internal factors

Internal factors are factors where employee has got the most important role. Employee has to tackle with adaptable process and employee has to use to for labour position. 

External factors

External factor are factors where tutor has got the most important role. Tutor has to use to for employee.

Objects of adaptable process

Objects of adaptable process are these employees

  • New workers, who are absolvents of high schools and colleges.
  • Workers who were transferred for other work. Example cans be worker who is transferred from economical to personal division.
  • There are cases , when the company has to change your organisation structure because of change of labour functions of employees. Change of organisation structure is accompanied with participation of ex-employees.

Subjects of adaptable process are managers and workers of personal division. These are people, workers who secure adaptable process for employees.

Company adaptation is suitable for all employees in some company. It is suitable for employee from personal division of company, but it is suitable for employee from accountant division of company.

  1. Division adaptation

Concrete division adaptation is not suitable for all employees in some company but example it is suitable for employees of accountant division.

  1. Adaptation for concreted labour position

Adaptation for concreted labour position is specified activity. It is education of employees for concreted labour position. Warehouseman will have different education than accountant. Different education cans be whitin division.

  1. Adaptability

Adaptability are individual predictions of person for having a facility of change internal class.

  1. Requalification

Requalification of employee is education for other labour position. This requalification of employees can not be performed because of worse medical condition of employee. Working rehabilitation is concept for requalification of employee because of worse medical condition.

Short-time adaptation activity is process of adaptation of new employees which lasts three months.

  1. Making a work contract with employee and employer

  6. Employer should introduce a new employee with top management

Long-time adaptation activity is process of adaptation of new employees which last from three to ten months.

A long-time adaptation activity is consisted of

  • Other education of employee

Each person should learn the whole of work and personal lifetime.

  • Rotation of functions
  • Increasing of qualification

It is situation when employee wants a higher wage

Division of adaptable programme is consisted of

  1. Individual adaptable programme

Individual adaptable programme is consisted of smaller number of employees.

  1. Group adaptable programme

Group adaptable programme is consisted of bigger number of employees

It is situation when the company teaches your employees alone.

  1. External form of education

It is situation when order company teaches foreign employees.

  1. Combine form of education

It is combination of education of employee with order company and company which employs these employers.

It is situation when employees solve case´s studies.
