In the world there are many people who do not care about their health and body and this article will give you advice how to be healthy and fit. The first problem that affects people are cigarettes. People do not realize that it destroyes our lungs.
It is unhappy that in the world is still more and more smokers. Scientists discovered chewing gums which should gradually help to give up smoking. Maybe this idea can help smokers in the future.
It would be useful to show them some pictures of diseased lungs. People just need to realize that they are destroying their health. Another problem is obesity. People eat junk food in Fast Food´s. They should be careful what they eat.
And what about sport? It seems to me that people who sports once or twice a week, are playful and they know how to avoid unnecessary stress. For example walking or jogging can do always and everywhere. In the end I would like to say that everyone can be healthy and fit but they cant eat junk food, smoke cigarettes and be lazy.
