Can a Book Still Be Your Best Friend? 

It is sad but nowadays people rather decide to watch a film than read a book. I think it is not a good choice. I know only few people who prefer reading and it seems funny but they really know how to enjoy it. It is experience for them to feel every single page.

Firstly, I consider a book a very good friend. In my opinion, it is better to spend time reading interesting stories than playing computer games or wasting time with another silly activity.

Every page of the book can improve my fantasy or grammar and that is one of the main reasons for what I think it is the best way to learn how to imagine incredible things. For example, when you see a film it is not as great as when you can imagine your own characters.

I have to admit that not every book is about funny, scary or sci-fi stories.

For example, books which we use for learning at school. We can discover a lot of interesting and useful things.

Although I cannot find a disadvantage, some people are so absorbed by reading that they can forget common things as turn off the cooker or forget an important meeting.

Last but not least, it can be the weight of a book. When you travel somewhere for holiday and you want to take books with you it can be a problem. Books can be heavy and for that reason it is better to take a computer with downloaded books.

To sum up, the book can still be my best friend and it does not matter whether a classic book or an e-book.
