Throughout our life, we develop a set of habits, in order to make our life more comfortable. Lifestyle can be defined as the typical way of life of an individual, group, or culture. A way person lives, usually reflects his typical actions during the day, which strongly influence his attitude towards his surroundings, and his world view.

Today our health, fitness and illness are greatly influenced by our lifestyle which covers many aspects of human behaviors. Taking care of physical and mental health is crucial to a long life. The more time is spent on physical, mental hygiene and physical activity the better the result will be. In the developed countries nowadays many major health problems such as heart diseases, obesity, lung cancer, are linked with lifestyle changes. The increasing rate of diseases is even more shocking, by the influence of only a small change in a strayed lifestyle.

On the other hand, lifestyle change more than any other factor is considered to be the best way of preventing illness and early death in our society. Two elements play a very important role in the play for healthy lifestyle. Health is optimally connected with quality of life. It means freedom from diseases, seasonal illnesses and allergy. In order to achieve this, your lifestyle has to adapt to higher mental, social, emotional and physical level, than an average individual.

The second element is wellness, which reflects how one feels about his lifestyle as well as his ability to function effectively. Wellness stands in opposition to illness, and also, is critical in combination with healthy lifestyle.

From a completely different view, never before has it happened to society that it has been so heavily influenced by something that their lifestyle has changed from the very substance. Technology is the power, which puts into movement subjects that mostly negatively influence the process of creating habits and building a better life. Not only, we got lazy, because anything can by done for us, but in a complete opposition , we are under pressure .While we are constantly in a hurry , doing our job until the deadline, thanks to technology which brought a higher level of effectiveness, it is inconceivable for us to work as effectively as machines.

In today’s world it is a hard task to adjust our lifestyle to actual norms. Feeling of comfort in our life vanishes as we are forced to keep up with trends that are no more, than deadly to our privacy. Magazines, giving advices on, how to build a healthy and prosperous lifestyle is a marker showing us exactly how not to do it. Lifestyle is something everyone carries and acclimatizes to his own thoughts, views and habits. If we want to grow, both physically and mentally, it is mostly, up to us, to create such a lifestyle, which fits concretely us. As an individual, it is only right, to have a different lifestyle than others. Do not underlie the modern trends, that is the key to an effective and successful lifestyle.
